Investment Criteria

Advancing Innovation While Lowering Development Risk.
HS LifeSciences seeks to target highly innovative science in true areas of unmet need by working with prestigious academic institutions. These institutions have extensive capabilities and generate physician-led opportunities based on experience/observations made in a clinical setting.

In addition, before an investment is made, HS LifeSciences carefully evaluates partnering opportunities and possible deal structures to minimize risk.
We only invest in projects with outstanding science and access to patients and clinics.

We seek to save time and money while focusing on the highest safety and quality standards possible. By working with a pharma partner very early on, it is ensured that research and development is conducted according to the pharma partner‘s need and that all industry standards are met throughout the process.
